Our founders, Max and Joe, are dog lovers and health-conscious folks who knew they had to do something when they saw just how many people were feeding their dogs cheap, processed foods. And the ones that were trying to get healthy treats for their dogs were often left with a confusing array of options that didn't always work well with their lifestyle or commitment to sustainability.

We started this company because we believe that dogs deserve better than the junk that's currently available in stores.
